All of our classes are taught at a beginners level with the opportunity to advance at your own pace. This gives you the freedom to celebrate your body's abilities from moment to moment. At Pure Yoga our instructors encourage you to listen to your body always, and will offer you options or variations where needed, to provide you with the best experience possible focusing on optimal alignment and breath awareness.
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
PURE Messiah Movement-60 min (Cool) This Christ centered class focuses first on His holy word, prayer, gospel music, incorporating movement with dynamic and relaxing stretching to finish rejuvenated and renewed from the inside out! All faiths and levels welcome.
PURE Ashtanga-75min (Warm) & (Cool) (Half Led) Be guided as you move through the Ashtanga yoga Primary Series sequence: standing postures, seated postures (through Navasana), and finishing postures.
PURE Ashtanga-75 min (Mysore) Learn the Ashtanga yoga sequence in its traditional manner. A slow, dedicated and patient approach is the best and safest way to practice yoga for a lifetime. You will practice as a group but teacher assistance is one on one as you learn and make progress. Go at your own pace with support. All levels welcome.
PURE Sculpt-60 min (Hot) & (Cool) A challenging, yoga centered class with the option to incorporate weights (provided or bring yours) adding swift bursts of cardio. This workout will take your yoga practice to the next level strengthening and toning your muscles while increasing flexibility and endurance.
PURE Gentle-50 min (Cool) Do you experience arthritis, osteopenia, chronic pain, or are you recovering from an injury? This class is for you!! In this 50 min class you will experience a gentle approach with a beneficial delivery of increased awareness of breath, mind and body, an increase of circulation, strength and flexibility.
PURE Bikram-75/90 min (Hot/Silent) This class features a set sequence of 26 postures, and 2 breathing exercises designed to stimulate and restore the entire body. Benefits include: stress and anxiety management, depression, weight loss, decreased blood pressure, arthritic, back pain relief and many more! The heated room provides for a deeper stretch as well as injury prevention. ***(Silent)- A traditional Bikram class without the dialogue and with music.
PURE Fusion-60/75 Min (Hot) A wonderful blend of Hot Yoga (Bikram) and Vinyasa Yoga combined into one powerful class. Tap into your core energy and focus on strengthening your body as a whole. There is a strong emphasis on breath as a guide through the postures, offering a meditative quality to the class. Prepare to sweat, prepare to smile, prepare to surprise yourself! Benefits to this style are endless, ranging from enhanced strength, ability to balance, flexibility, emotional well being and everything in between!
PURE Vinyasa-60 min (Hot)/(Cool) Breath linked movement adaptable to your experience and energy level. Featuring fluid like movement, transitioning from posture to posture as your breath supports each stage of progression. This class gives you the opportunity to build strength, increase greater mobility and range of motion in addition to boasting a calming effect on your central nervous system.
PURE Power-60/75min (Hot) Tap into your inner and outer power as you journey through a dynamically challenging yet rewarding sequence of postures linking conscious breath to mindful movement. You will increase strength, endurance, flexibility and concentration while nourishing your body and calming your mind.

We currently hold over 40 classes a week between both studios, with a variety of styles and 18 instructors. In addition to a diversity of room temperatures ranging from cool, warm to hot! As you may notice from our schedule we tend to favor the heat. Most of our students also tend to favor the heated classes once they have experienced the increase of flexibility, fluidity, mobility and detoxification effect through a healthy, wholesome sweat!
